About me

Hey there :) I am Tim, a dad of three and personal trainer based in Brighton and Hove.

Believe it or not I started personal training by wheelbarrowing kettlebells to the park! Hence the name Wheelbarrowfitness….

I specialise in Strength and Conditioning. Specifically kettlebell training, barbell training, olympic weightliting and injury prevention.

As a busy dad of three I understand how hard it can be to find the time to keep on top of health and fitness! As a result, I will always strive to be as flexible as possible doing in gym sessions but also running park sessions across Brighton.
